Had a great time. View is incredible and food I liked – the vege flatbread was delicious and cheese and fruit platter had a good sample of cheeses with honey for a sweetener. Woman who served us was friendly and accommodating -explaining all of the wines. Noise level was ok which is a stickler for me. So the combination of things made it a five star.

The remodeled Westin is absolutely gorgeous. You’ll hardly recognize it as the former Eastland Hotel. The Top of the East offers a unique and spectacular view of Portland that can be enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. This past week friends and I enjoyed a lovely round of cocktails and appetizers at the Top before dinner at the C Squared restaurant on the street level. It was a fabulous experience – attentive service and high quality food. I would highly recommend this as a go to spot for a romantic evening or a place to take your out of town guests.

Wow! The renovated and expanded roof lounge in the Westin Hotel is stunning. Located in the down town Arts District, it has almost 360 views. Loved their version of Dark and Stormy cocktail and the food is much improved. A great place for light lunch during winter so you maximize the views.

This is a great spot in Portland because is there really anything else like it? Great view, nicely decorated, service was fantastic and the drink prices were to be expected. We had 5 drinks and 5 vouchers on one bill and no problem using all of them. The bartender didn’t push us for more drinks and seemed to appreciate that we asked for the bill before vouchers so we could tip him appropriately. I have no complaints about this place!

Pricey, but you should expect it from one of the greatest rooftop bars I’ve ever seen!! Definitely go if ever in portland

We’ve visited 2 or 3 times now for drinks and I like it here. New decor, great views of Portland and some pretty tasty cocktails – the Cucumber Collins is my preferred beverage. Small plates/apps available too.

Now it’s Westin. Looks very nice, not even a hint of a previous dump. Top of the East is clean, fancy lounge now, with wonderful, Westin style service and incompatible views of Portland. Prices are on a high side, but you pay for the experience, right;)

Great service, small, but good, wine selection and outstanding view. Not yet tried their food menu.

The Westin did a marvelous job of renovating this space. The lighting is really pretty, the seating is varied and comfy. Dark wood, beautiful glassware and lovely uniforms are, well, lovely. A nice detail – electrical receptacles built into the tall tables, a plus for a traveler.

The view, the wine & the service were wonderful. Kudos to the bartender who suggested a great restaurant for us even while he was getting slammed by a huge crowd on a rainy evening.
